  Once approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the item is securely packed in its original box.

  Refund or Replacement

  After the returned item passes our warehouse inspection, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 48 hours.
